Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective immediately, this policy explains the cancellation process and refund arrangements for services provided by BMT PROGRAM.

1. Cancellation Right

Customers have the right to cancel a confirmed service agreement within 14 days from the date the agreement is confirmed.

To request cancellation, customers should contact BMT PROGRAM before the 14-day period ends.

Consultation appointments can be cancelled by contacting us before the scheduled appointment time.

If a consultation service has already been completed within the agreed period, cancellation and refund eligibility may be affected.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the service status and whether any agreed work has already been provided.

Services not yet started may be eligible for a full refund.
Partially completed services may be reviewed based on the work already provided.
Completed services are generally not eligible for a refund.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 5 business days after confirmation.

After processing, the time required for funds to appear may depend on the customer’s payment provider or financial institution.

Customers who need to change an appointment time should contact us as early as possible.

Appointment changes are subject to availability.

Where requirements change during a project or consultation, any adjustments to the service scope will be discussed before additional work continues.

Payment arrangements are provided separately after service details have been confirmed.

Any applicable refund will be returned using the original payment method used for the service.
